- Up to 2 dogs under 50 lbs; pets crated when left unsupervised
- Quiet hours after 10 pm
- No parties, gatherings, or professional photography/video
Fees to expect
- Cleaning fee: $225
- State and county hotel & occupancy taxes (vary by rate and length of stay)
- Security deposit: a $500 hold 2–3 days before your stay, released 7 days after
- Pet fee: $100 per pet

Reservations cancelled more than 60 days before arrival receive a full refund. Within 60 days, rent may be refunded ONLY if the premises are re-rented by the host for the same period at the same rental amount; if re-rented for less, the difference is not refunded.
Should your stay be interrupted by a named tropical storm or hurricane that results in a suggested or mandatory evacuation, you'll have the option of rescheduling the days impacted OR a full refund for those dates minus a $50 administrative charge.
Our cleaners do an excellent job on all 1,500 square feet and are in high demand, so we unfortunately can't offer late checkout. We can sometimes accommodate an early bag drop or early check-in — just reach out. If we can, we will; we know you want as much beach time as possible.
Please enjoy the charcoal grill. If extra charcoal is in the storage room under the house you're welcome to it, but charcoal isn't provided, so plan to buy your own. Leftovers? Pay it forward for the next guest. The grill must be cleaned before checkout.
