Our Board of Directors

The people holding us accountable. As a 501(c)(3), we answer to a volunteer board of directors. They set strategy, oversee finances, and make sure the mission stays ahead of convenience.
The organization our board governs. Director profiles are being added.

How We Stay Accountable

Being a nonprofit is a legal structure. Being trustworthy is a practice.

An independent board

Our directors are volunteers with no financial stake in the organization. They approve the budget, oversee the executive, and can say no.

Open books

As a 501(c)(3) our Form 990 is public. Anyone who wants to see where the money goes is entitled to look, and we'd rather they did.

Clinical independence

The board governs the organization. It does not direct clinical care, and treatment decisions stay between you and your therapist.

Serving on Our Board

Interested in serving? We periodically look for directors with backgrounds in finance, law, fundraising, healthcare administration, and lived experience of the communities we serve.

Governance is the boring part. It's also the trustworthy part.

If you want to know how we're run before you give, ask us anything. We'll answer plainly.
