Reaching out after hours?

Middle of the night? No problem. Send the form and Nia will follow up the next business day.

In crisis right now? Call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, 24/7). In an emergency call 911. We are not a crisis service and messages aren't monitored after hours.

Our intake process

Three steps to your first session.

No phone tree, no waiting list of strangers — one person walks you from first message to first appointment.
1

Connect

Send the form or call. Nia will answer all your questions, help you find the best-fit therapist, and get your appointment scheduled.
2

Get scheduled

You'll get a scheduling email with your therapist's direct line and a link to the client portal — or book online if you already know who you want to see.
3

Start healing

Along the way, your therapist will be learning what works best for you and celebrating your progress. Our goal: your life is different because of your efforts.
Have you met Nia?

You deserve to speak to a real person.

Nia Berry is our Client Care Coordinator — the person who helps you get started. She's warm, attentive, and fabulous at matching you with a therapist who will really get you.
Even if that therapist isn't with us. We keep an extensive referral list, so if we aren't the right fit for any reason, Nia can still point you in the right direction.
Available Monday–Friday · 9:30 a.m.–6:30 p.m.

Thanks for thinking of us. Complete the referral form and we'll take good care of your referral — and let you know if we're not the right fit.
