Hi, I'm Bailey. You deserve to be heard and respected. You don't have to fight alone.

I've felt called toward a deeper understanding of people and their motivations for years. As a sexual assault survivor myself, everything I've learned has also been applied first-hand. I feel called — and more than ready — to help people heal.

About Bailey
I love working with clients who are interested in learning more about themselves. I help you see yourself as the expert in your own body and experiences.
I'm no stranger to strong feelings and have worked hard to learn what works for me — painting and movement really help when anxiety starts to burrow in. My own experiences give me a lot of respect for what others go through, and I bring non-judgmental, hopeful energy to every session.
Now that I'm EMDR trained, I have the tools to help you make lasting change. It's possible to be strong and emotionally healthy — you just need support to harness your strengths, find ways to cope, and make choices you believe in.

Who I help

Who Bailey helps — and how.

Anxiety & depression

Unmotivated, confused, alone but not sure why, unsure how you fit in. Let's turn it in a better direction.

Sexual trauma & PTSD

It's hard to slow down and focus on yourself when people depend on you. Opening up can be terrifying. We go at your pace.

Teens

A powerful time of life — with the right help, changes now shape years to come. I love helping teens feel understood and important.
How I work

Every day is a chance to create a life worth living.

I'm trained in EMDR and Trauma-Focused CBT, and I bring a body-aware lens from yoga teaching and personal training — because trauma lives in the body, not just the story. As a resident-level clinician, every case I see is reviewed weekly with Kelsey Blahnik, LCSW-S: two sets of eyes on your care.
I help my clients to…

Find ways to cope that actually work for you
Make choices you believe in
Feel heard and respected
